Refund policy
We offer refunds & exchanges as long as they are within 28 days of the date of purchase, and are eligible for return. Please check below for more information.
For all refunds and exchanges, please email hello@mondays-child.uk along with your order number to advise of your return.

Please note that as a small business we cannot provide free returns. The cost of return postage is a customers responsibility and this cost will not be included in your refund. The original shipping costs of your order are also non-refundable.
We recommend sending returns back recorded delivery. Monday's Child cannot be held responsible for any returns that are not received.
Items that are not eligible for returns are the following:
Earrings & Huggies (We do accept returns on Ear Cuffs)
Personalised or stamped products
Individual products in sets - The products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund
If you receive a gift with your order, this will also have to be returned .
Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 10-14 working days of us receiving the items, although during busy periods this may vary. Refunds will always be processed to the original payment method.
All returns must be the following to be eligible for a return:
Unworn
No signs of wear or damage
In its original condition and packaging
Please note we will not email you upon receipt of your return. As soon as we have received and taken care of your return, we will email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.
